Yudistira adalah pelopor dalam bidang hukum olahraga dan industri esports di Indonesia, serta menjabat posisi penting dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan pada induk cabang olahraga esports. Yudistira terlibat dalam penyusunan Undang-Undang Olahraga Indonesia terbaru dari Undang-Undang No. 3 tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional, yang diubah menjadi Undang-Undang No. 11 tahun 2022 tentang Keolahragaan. Dalam rezim ketentuan baru tersebut, esports diakui sebagai olahraga prestasi untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah Indonesia.
